Do you work with Insurance Companies?
Yes. We are on the panel with various insurance companies and work closely with them. We can guide you through the insurance claim process.
Do I need an appointment?
We run a busy shop and booking an appointment in advance using our simple form is recommended. However, if you are running late, kindly give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.
How long will repairs take?
Of course, this depends on a number of factors, including the circumstances, the difficulty of the repairs, the availability of materials and parts, and much more. We will give an estimated time of completion along with the cost estimate, but this does not take into account the time it might take to repair any additional damage discovered during the service. In the end, we prefer to ensure that the job is done correctly over quickly.
How often do you need to service your car?
Generally speaking, you should schedule a professional service for your vehicle every six months or 10,000 kilometers (whichever comes first). But every car is different and manufacturers’ recommendations on service schedules do vary, and this should be outlined in your car’s logbook or owner’s manual.
As a rule of thumb, you should have your car serviced once or twice a year, and the schedule should alternate between a minor service and a major service.
Can you match the paint?
Yes, provided that your vehicle is an original factory colour that is not faded or discoloured.
Can I get extra work done when the vehicle is in for an insurance claim?
Yes, it is the best time to do this because the car is already being worked on. When parts have already been removed, it may occasionally be less expensive, because the labour cost will be lower. When you come in, please let us know so we can offer you a separate quote for any extra work you may require.
When I drop off my vehicle for repairs will there be a courtesy vehicle for me to use?
Courtesy vehicles are available and subject to availability, so please let us that you require one when booking the vehicle in for repairs.
